An Hindu Wedding in Umbria, Italy

Kit and Richard decided to crown their love in Italy with a traditional Indian wedding held in a beautiful Villa in Umbria.

Both resident in Manchester, Kit of Indian origin, have chosen to swear eternal love in an exciting Indian ceremony in the shadow of a gazebo adorned with silk fabrics and flowers from India.

The preparation of the celebration involves a rite of care and love, in which the family and the priest prepare all the necessary, rice, petals, water, fruit and pillows.

With the arrival of the bride and bridesmaid dressed in colorful and precious Sari, typical Indian clothes, accompanied by Indian music, the ceremony began and was a succession of rituals in which all the guests were involved.

Kit and Richard chose a ceremony characterized by red and gold colors, where the reflections of the sun made the atmosphere full of magic and feeling.

After the Indian ceremony the couple decided to formalize their marriage in a civil ceremony. Set in the cool and green park of the Villa, in the shade of a secular tree, where the bridal couple seals their love in front of a floral arch of romantic white roses.

After the ceremony family and friends received the newlywed with White petals and soap bubbles after that they where welcomed with prosecco and had a welcoming  buffet beside  the pool, followed by a classy outdoor wedding reception in the courtyard under fairy lights strings ,chandeliers and candles exactly as Kit dreamed.

The Cutting of the cake took place in front of an ancient fountain, framed by sparklers lights, followed by first dance and indian dance under a elegant gazebo and the party carried on until late ours in the night in aold stable transformed into a charming dance floor.
